The tire manufacturers have many pictures of tires rotted enough to show the cords through the sidewall rubber in just 4 years. There was a member her (I think although it could be to other main one) that posted pictures of his tires after 4 years of using some type of tire dressing (not 303) and you could clearly see the cords through the cracks.
Also, if water or other fluid can seep through to the steel cords now in use then it causes them to rust and breaks the bond between the rubber and steel.

4 years covered? If mine (Toyo) ever start cracking, even like Michelin says is ok, they're going on Craigs list.

Same here, exactly. These tires will never wear the tread off them before they rot, so I use 303 rather than a product with some type petroleum product in it.

X-2 on 303. After every road trip we wash the tires and rims then apply 303 and cover!

Maybe select Walmarts but the ones I've tried never heard of it. The website also lists Napa and again, the stores I asked, never heard of it. Guess online is the answer.

303 was $40.00 plus a couple cents for a gallon 2 days ago on Amazon. Best price I've seen. Thinking about grabbing another gallon before the price changes. I look at it as a commodity. Free shipping for Prime members. Good deal I think. Best stuff ever.

About 25 years ago, I bought a used boat with cover. First summer storm destroyed the cover so I had one made by an awning shop with Sunbrella. I sprayed the threads with 303. The next summer, the only threads that were pulling out were the ones I missed with the 303. Made me a believer.

I use McGuiars. I don't know how it affects tire life as mine are only 14 years old and the sidewalls still look new. I cover my tires when parked, never heat them up, and always use max air pressure.

I just got some on Amazon, about $18.00 for a spray bottle.

WalMart used to carry it but of late have not seen it on their shelves. O'Reilly Auto parts is where I have been purchasing mine.
