Tire question (General Tire)

Ran across a terrific '99 American Eagle coach riding on year-old General S371 295/75R 22.5 radial tires.

I looked General Tire up on the net, and the S371 is a truck tire designed for commercial use vehicles doing regional hauling, on/off highway, all-position service. General Tire - Off-Road and Performance Tires - The Tires - Commercial

My thought are that these would provide (at best) a much rougher ride and (at worst) potential other issues.

Anyone have any experience/thoughts?
