Tire Safeguard Help

Does anyone know Dion at Tire Safeguard personally? I have been trying to get in touch with him since December. I have called the contact number numerous times. I have sent several emails. No response and always get the voicemail. I know that customer support has been great in the past. I bought my system in 2014, but his lack of response is worrysome.

I need to purchase some o-rings for the sender units. I need to replace my batteries, and have broken two of the o-rings so far. I do not want to ruin the senders by getting them wet so I need ten o-rings and a couple of the tiny screws. I hope all is well with Dion, but I need some help!

I saw Dion in January at the FMCA Rally in Indio and then again at the Big Tent in Quartzsite.

Dion serviced mine in Quartzsite in January. His number is 1 800 338-7334. He has always provided great service to me.

Take your sensor to an industrial rubber supply shop, they are in every major city. They can measure the oring and get you the right one. Once measured, you can get o rings also thru McMaster Supply.

That is my fall-back position, if I run out of o-rings from my last order (used two of 10 so far) and Dion cannot be found.
