Totally depends on where bought, what size and how quickly you need them!
FMCA has a program set up but you need to belong to them.
In 2011 I paid just over $600 out the door for 305/70's and $512 for 275/70's. This was not on the FMCA program but direct from a truck tire shop. Prices have gone up now.

I have seen tires priced from $450 to over $600 depending on size and manufacturer. As stated FMCA has a discount plan with Michelin.

44,000 lb. RV in 40'!! What is it? -
added later - For my edification, does a mid 90's two axle coach with no slides really weigh 44,000 lb?

Average covers a lot of ground. If you mean 295/80R22.5 size then the ball park will be $600-700 out the door. If you are an FMCA member check out their national account pricing for Michelin. That will at lease give you a base line price. Generally dealers have wide pricing authority and pricing on the same tire can vary widely. It that particular size you will find Goodyear, and Bridgestone and perhaps others.
