I'm just wondering what the consensus is in regard to replacing tires on my Class A 30' Monarch MH. We had a vibration at 45 MH when we purchased it at under 5,000 miles so we replaced the front tires as it had sat for awhile, it did help somewhat but still have a vibration. The tires that we replaced are an RV tire, not the Goodyear that were originals though. We are looking at replacing the other 4 tires and not sure whether we should go with Goodyear or the same RV tire that is a little less expensive. Any thoughts? Thanks!

If you have 19.5" rims, i'd suggest avoiding the Goodyear 670RV tires....LVRVLVR has postulated that the shorter/smaller chassis don't do well with those tires. He switched to GY 610's with good results. I have had a vibration since new and it would appear that switching to michelin's has fixed it for me as well.

my 2cents.

If this a Ford chassis be aware that they had wheels made that didn't center right on the front hubs. They came out with special instructions and a shim kit to fix the problem.

Mr D is right, but the off-center wheel issue was mostly from 1999 - 2001 model years.
