Have you tried Carfax? Not free, but could be a place to start.

I used an online search for RV's that was about 9.95 I think. It did have some info about previous titling and where but not owners. Once it becomes ten yrs. old it will say exempt. There was no explanation of that but I had contact a relative in used car sales to ask what that exempt status meant.

Sewerdog, I use carfax, so easy to use and see what maintenance has been done by a garage.

I also paid for a search I saw advertised for RVs. I think it was $25.00. It found exactly NOTHING. Save your money.

I did a search on my 1988 Winnebago when we bought it last year as it was titled in NY as a 1998 Chevy, it took a few weeks but got it straightened out! It was bought new in Vermont and was titled all over the country 6 times! It is now back to being a 1988 Winnie! And we love it! Bobby
