To spring or not to spring; that is the question

So I have a 2019 Newmar Bay Star 3401 on order. I asked for, and will apparently receive (according to factory reps), a 26,000# GVWR chassis...which is a 2,000# step up from the standard 24,000# Bay Star chassis.

I have read a LOT of people on here talking about being buffeted and rocked by high winds and passing tractor-trailers. I've also read a lot of people talking about shifty steering. LOL Before getting confirmation that I could upgrade the chassis, I had planned on getting Sumo Springs and a steering stabilizer installed immediately after I accepted the coach from the dealer. The logistics for this seemed to be a little daunting, so I started thinking (always a dangerous thing) and decided to ask the experts.

My question(s) to you all are these.....

1) While I know I get added cargo capacity from the upgraded chassis....will it do anything about being pushed around? I gather the only actual change between the 24K and 26K chassis are beefier rear springs. Would having the Sumo Springs installed really do anything for me? I assume stiffer springs would reduce rocking.

2) If Sumo Springs would be sort of pointless, I feel like (from watching YouTube videos...also a dangerous thing) I could probably install that on my own. What thinkest thou?

My end goal is to make driving this thing as easy as possible. LOL

I would drive it as it is for a while to decide if it even needs any improvement. Verify that the tire pressures, weight loading, and wheel alignment is correct before adding any new equipment.

Sumo springs increase the spring rate of the stock springs. If you load the coach so that you often hit the factory bump stops, really help with the ride. Sumo springs do help with the sway just like a heavier anti-roll bar. If you are worried about the trucks moving you over, a rear track bar will help more than any other thing. I have driven my coach in driving rains with 60 mph direct cross gust. I had no problems staying in my lane and dodging those who show down drastically in the left lane of an Interstate or park with the left wheels in the Interstate.
