Well, Mama and I decided to get out of Yuma for a while so we hitched up the Georgetown, trailer and the Harleys and went to Tombstone. We have been there once before. We are leaving in the morning to go home but we have had a great time. We rode the scoots over to Bisbee this morning. It was ok but I think I like Tombstone better. We are staying at the Wells Fargo RV park. It is not bad. Decent prices, close to everything and easy in and out. I only wish there was not so much Harley hating gravel in their parking areas............

We visited Tombstone last year and really enjoyed the area. Can't remember the CG name but is was just down the hill from Boothill on the main hwy.
I too don't like Bisbee as much although I would like to try that copper mine train ride the next time in the area. It was closed on our last visit because of a bad accident!!

Goldfield Ghost Town

If you like Tombstone, you may like The Goldfield Ghost Town also. Not nearly as big but still fun. Apparently theres a campground but I haven't checked it out yet.

There is Lost Dutchman campground right across the street from Goldfield Ghost Town. Here is a photo at the foot of the Superstition Mts.
