Took the Plunge

A month ago I purchased a 1994 Fleetwood Bounder 32 ft in length. It has a Ford 460 under my feet....Please tell me I made a good choice. It is sound, no leaks, all records of repairs and maintenance. It has 114000 miles so she was enjoyed by a family of 4. Currently IM giving her a make over....LOL new carpet and leather interior through out. I drive everywhere because my wife and I love to explore and visit new places and make new friends....

Hi Ruben,
I'm glad to be the first to say welcome to irv2. I'm new so I can't give any constructive advice. But hope you have many great trouble free travels. There seems to be a great friendly group of people here to help with all your needs.

Hi Ruben,
Like Drafter I am new to this game so I find it hard to give advise. But, as I see it, as long as the unit is sound and it suits your needs, you made the right choice. I made my choice based on what I wanted, what would fit our needs, what I could afford, what I knew and my mechanical abilities as I perform all my own maintenance.
Enjoy what you have. My wife and I took a 500 mile trip a month ago with three dogs which is some thing that we could not do before. If I had known the freedom of owning an RV, I would have brought one years ago.

Martin

Howdy and welcome aboard Ruben. Boy for a second there I thought maybe you had our old coach but when we traded ours it had 116K. I'm sure you'll enjoy it, we had a great time with ours. Be safe and Happy Motoring!!!
