One of the best things you can put in the tool box is a almost used up tube of Dielectric Grease! I apply this to every electrical connection I can get to! Usually takes me three days.

Carry those tools that you are comfortable using. If electric is not your forte then electrical tools can be kept to a minimum. If you don't want to or are unable to change your flat tires then large sockets and hydraulic jacks may not be necessary. A basic home supply center tool kit for $100 with a few additions will cover most of your basic repairs.

I always purchase a box of rubber gloves...those blue ones for mechanic work..seem to work very well and don't tear as much....you can find them in any Autozone or Advance Auto, and even Walmart I think...usually under $5.00 for a box of em..good for hooking up too....I keep them right above my drivers seat so they are readily available before I leave the motor home...But, of course, and like the tool that you'll need and left home on the bench....you'll be out of the motor home when you remember about the gloves over the drivers seat....ha ha I know from experience..

I also keep a box of them with my sewer connector's. It keeps hands nice when dumping tanks too.
