I have Toyo M154's dated 2012 all 'round with Centramatics.

Which earned the approval of my brother in law who is the equipment manager for a large road construction company in Western Canada.

And I'm well satisfied with them.

Centramatics stay with the vehicle when I have to change out tires in the next couple of years due to age.

Likely stick with Toyo.

Although I would like to find a drive tire with a bit more traction. For the snow on the road when I leave Alberta in November...

I put on Toyos all around, and they were spin balanced. 4000 miles later I'm happy with the ride and handling. I also put on a Crossfire system that I'm also happy with. Toyos were $2200.00 out the door in Georgia (Toyos US office is 40 miles away) current date code, life is good.

I will go with what my installer recommends , but beads would be my preference. I want to have an alignment done at installation. Best price I have gotten is 438 per on the 305s. I 'm waiting on a local dealer for a quote. (Bergey tire)

Bergeys, will use the beads, my online quote never came back, I stopped into the Hatfield Store for my Quote. About 450.00 a tire installed.

Thanks for the info z. 450 will work for me. Got the auto response from Bergey Hatfield. Let's see if they follow up. Do they do front end on mh? Worth going local if I can get fresh tires.

Toyo does not warranty their tires when balancing substances are used.

In the reference below read the "what is not covered" section.

As previously stated , I will go with professional recommendation. I see the beads or centramatic as a means to maintain balance over the life of the tire. I have chased out of balance conditions on multiple manufacturers tires. A dynamic solution seems to be a way to address this.

We just got six new Toyo M144's for our coach, I was very surprised at how little weight it took for them to balance, like only 7 oz or so. That's very good for such a big tire.

Got 3 prices so far. Bergey was the best, plus they do the wheel alignment in Franonia.$596 out the door. Only other tires available locally are Goodyear at about $1200. They also do the beads. Now I need them to do the DOT research and I will schedule. 305's are difficult to source. Thanks for all your help.

I ended up purchasing from Directtire from Chicago. The will drop ship my tires directly from the factory so they should be fresh. The challenge was the front end alignment. IRS is much more difficult to get aligned in this area. Bergey was the only shop who could align IRS. I called 8 other alignment shops, They all could do straight axles, some IRS under 95" width. I will post after they are installed.

I'm real surprised at the prices some of yall paid. I replaced mine 2 years ago with Toyo. All 6 for about $1250. I went to my local tire shop that I always use. He didn't have a machine that would fit the tire. He told me not to worry about it, his guys would learn the old school way, hammer and pry bar.

When I picked it up the next day his guys asked if I could take it somewhere else next time.

They put the beads in it and its been a great ride.

Tires installed. Spin balanced. Front end aligned. Drives like a dream. Nothing like new sneakers. Tires directly from toyo factory. Do dates from 2 months to 14 months. Front end only needed a minor toe-in adj. all other spec were in. Good piece of mind having alignment checked. Ready for the road
