Toys and Transportation

First, Thanks to everybody that let help and advise on my suspension issues.
Second, anybody have any advise as to how best to tow a boat and have some kind of onboard park transportation (besides bicycles).
I can do a TOAD with my Kayak, but would like to be able to take the fishing boat with some other transportation.

Put the boat in the bed of a pickup or on a roof rack.

That will work for the Kayak, but tough for a 21 ft bass boat.
