I need to replace my old Hawkshead tpms. What is everybody running and do you like it.

Tire Tracker 500 currently. Previously TST 507. Both good.

TT500 came with current coach and enough sensors for the toad, so using it. Else would be using the TST 507.

I've been using a TST (truck system technologies) for years and never had an issue. What ever brand you decide on, be sure the batteries in the individual wheel sensors are replaceable. I think most of the systems do offer that now. You can monitor your toad as well. Some longer coaches require a repeater for their toad, but at 37' long, I don't think you will need one.

When I got my old Hawkshead they said mirrors could interfere with the signal, I have three closets with mirrors across the back. I guess just try and see.

Last year when my Hawkshead tpms started misbehaving I replaced it with a TST tpms with 6 flow thru sensors. I got it from RVupgradestore.com, it was a good deal cheaper than buying a new Hawkshead system ($288 w/free shipping). After about 12.5K miles last year and a few hundred this year I find the performance and functionality to be similar to the Hawkshead (replacable batteries), but it seems to update positions faster and the alarm can be silenced leaving flashing red led.

I'm happy so far with the TST system

I never heard about mirrors specifically, but it seems logical with the metallic coating. I always thought it was just length and mass.

I don't know if you have a toad, but either way, I'd get a system without the repeater and give it a try. Adding the repeater is easy.

Agree, try it without repeater and add if needed. I have not needed with either TST (37' no toad) or TT (40' plus toad).

Yes I have a Jeep JK toad and sometimes an enclosed motorcycle trailer. The two have different tire pressure requirements. Would I have to reprogram the main unit? Currently looking at one on Amazon, Bellacorp TPMS EK215T10, it comes with ten sensors and it sounds pretty Good. Anybody have this unit or know anything about it?

I'm using a Tire Minder system also. I'm generally happy with it. Twice I received bad warnings on a recent trip that weren't accurate. One high pressure and one low pressure on different sensors. I haven't looked into that yet and wonder if it's a battery issue.

That's why I'm replacing my Hawkshead, I get so many faults readings that I hardly pay any attention to it anymore and two of the sensors on the rear were stolen.

I quick googled the bellacorp TPMS. The model I saw does not have replaceable batteries. That would be a deal killer for me. Replacing sensors will get pretty expensive quickly.

also someone mentioned flow through sensors. I have that feature and take them for granted. I wouldn't have monitors without that option either. I know some people have had theirs leak. I've been good so far--going on 5 years (knocking on wood).
