TPMS Limits

We moved out TST 507 system from our C to our new A. We're still sorting out what upper limit PSI to set the alarm at. We're running 95 PSI cold. We've set the alarm limit at 110 PSI but tend to get over limit alarm (s) after about an hour or so on the road.

Anyone running 95 PSI? Any suggestions on upper limit PSI setting?

I run my TST 507 alarms at 20 lbs over set pressure on a 40K gross with 120 fronts and 90 drive and tag. Generally I see a 10% increase in pressure and a few degrees increase in temps on all tires.

If not done please consider getting a good four corner weight and looking at recommended pressures. It's somewhat interesting that your pressures increase after ~ hour rather than sooner ...

Safe travels ...

TST recommends 20% over for the high-end limit and 10% under for the low-end limit.

When we used the TST 507 system I read the TST instructions and set the monitor to their recommendations.

This is how I have it configured.
