$314K is the cash offering price. The dealer assumes your payoff of $108K.

You have no equity.

$314 cash offering price plus the $30k negative equity equals $344K deal value.

The dealer is saying your trade rig is worth $78K.

Guy down the street bought new in December. Had an operation and couldn't use until early may for a maiden voyage of 550 miles over 3 days. They decided it wasn't what the wanted so back to lamesa for a trade in. They told him to figure 40 percent less than he paid would be his trade in value. I noticed he had another one yesterday.
I guess renting different RVs for a weekend is a good idea to see what works.
