Brand question

I know this is a somewhat suggestive question. But here goes. Is there any specific brand of enclosed trailers that is a quality trailer but still affordable?

Everybody likes what they have and wants to feel good about it. Bottom line you get what you pay for with a trailer or anything else.

Well.... Quality versus price... First off... axles are axles. most of them are Dexters. Aside from weight ratings I don't know if there's quality differences. AFAIK an axle from them is an axle from them.

So now the rest of it is the builder. Strength of the frame quality of the electrical. There's really bad, OK and very high end.

I'm in the OK park.

There's a county SE of Atlanta which is the Elkhart of trailers. You order on line and they build it. Two weeks later you pick it up. 16'x7'x9'..... 7000 GVWR. Under $5K. Holds my Chevy Spark, the BBQ and my bicycle. And a few other things. Well under 7K# Pretty happy with it.

If you want the best trailer, then look at Gold Rush. They are custom built all aluminum trailers that weigh several thousand pounds less than plywood trailers. They also depreciate much less than plywood trailers.

Welcome to Gold Rush Inc.

This is very true. I was just hoping that someone smarter than me had done some research and came up with a good, better, best by way of brand. I don't especially need all the bells and whistles but the overall construction, axels and suspension, and frame definitely need to be of good quality.

Nice rigs in here! Here's ours with my Jeep ZJ. Also tow my wife's VW CC on a dolly but don't have a pic of that yet as have only had the Vectra for 2 months. Before this we were in a Kodiak based Four Winds super C.
