I have a stain on my shirt. What caused it and how do I get it out?

Please provide more information. Like what kind of rig are we talking about. Transmission? If you can provide more information, you likely will get helpful responses. There is an amazing amount of knowledge on this forum.

My Allison book says to use it on flat to rolling hills, with cruise control for better fuel economy. I don't have my Allison manual with me but found this on their website and copied a warning from my coach manual (have that on hard drive).

If you need more info I will be back to the coach in a week or so, I could copy some of it for you. Mine is the 6 speed version.

From Allison's website:
http://www.allisontransmission.com/s...p?CategoryID=4

From coach manual:
CAUTION DO NOT use Economy Mode in heavy stop and go traffic or mountainous terrains. Frequent shifting while using heavy throttle occurs in Economy Mode and increases transmission fluid temperature. Exit Economy Mode until road conditions improve.

In order for the economy mode to be used, it must have been programmed by the coach builder. It is available on the Allison transmissions that is found on a lot of MHs. In my case, I have an Allison 3000 powered by a 350 HP Cummin diesel. My tranny is not programmed for the economy mode. A lot of people have said that they have not noticed any difference when using the economy mode. I believe, as stated above, that the only good time to use is when you are on level ground, like traveling in Florida for example, and can have the cruise on. Otherwise, it will not really do anything for you.
