Transmission acting wierd

Hi, I have an 02 Winn. adventurer with an 8.1 / Allision, it is acting wierd, it will come out of park without pushing on the brake, it will sometimes shift fine and at other times it won't go into gear when selected and ocasionaly it will not shift out of low gear once driving. Also when the park brake is on, sometimes it will still go into a selected gear. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this issue??

Chev P/Us had a water issue in the connector at the trans that caused a shifting problem; not sure if this carried over into M/H chassis or not.
You can check all the fuses ; but; if the problem is irratic, I'm sure there is a bad connection or a controller problem.

Go to the Powertrain Forum and ask your question. Also let us know if you have a W22 or W24 or P32 or something.

I had the same thing with my MH3000. I went underneath and undid all the electrical connectors, made sure they were not dirty inside, sprayed some WD 40 on the contacts and tightened them back up. That fixed it.
