Transmissions

We live in Medford, OR and have a Monaco Windsor diesel pusher. Where do you get your transmission serviced and adjusted? Were you satisfied with the workmanship? Hopefully we won't have to go any further than Eugene. HELP?

From a quick Google search it looks like you have a branch of a large Allison dealer right in town.

Any Cummins/Allison service center. There should be one in Colburg. The Allison tranny is pretty much bullet proof, all you should need is a fluid and filter change to go the next 75K.

I called the Monaco service center in Colberg to see if I could get in on our way through...they have a two month backlog but they referred me to Pacific Diesel which has shops throughout the northwest. I'm just going to wait until we get to the Quartzsite RV show and have my fluid and filter service done there.

You might try this one: Pacific Detroit Diesel Allison on Kingsley Dr in Medford, OR - 541-779-4622 | Industrial Generator Dealers CMac.ws
I service my transmission and have never had to adjust it so I can't recommend or comment on the service provided by this business.

Do you suspect that you have a specific problem or is this mainly for PM service.

Go to RvServiceReviews
Put in your search criteria - Everyone should be using this as a reference. For Input and Output

WW Williams

You can try WW Williams. They do warranty work on Allison trannys.....
A bit pricey, but they do a good job. Online reviews of them are good.
