travel supreme lighted grab bar

We have a 2003 41' TS Select and our grab bar has burned out. Since it say "Travel Supreme Select" on the face I would like to replace it with a similiar bar if possible. If anyone happens to know where I might pick up such a item please let me know. Thanks Tim (currently wintering in Big River Calif.)

Hi Tim and welcome to the forum!

I don't have a TS but these handles are usually lighted by a bulb mounted in the chrome mounting bracket and out of sight. I think they're usually a pretty standard size item too because my Itasca didn't come with one but I bought a replacement bulb from a Monaco dealer and wired it myself. The bulb just illuminates the clear acrylic handle.

Good luck... we're glad you found us.

Tim, it is likely just a burned out bulb.

You can remove the bar and replace the bulb...very easy and it is a standard automotive bulb that you can buy at any auto supply store unless T.S. did something very different from most of the manufacturer's.

You can likely call the company that is now manufacturing these coaches (Entegra?) and get the bulb part number .

replace the bulb

I just replaced mine. I had a hard time finding the bulb. The original lite looked like the bulb out of a mini mag flashlight. I replaced it with and LED. Cost me $17. I found it at Lazy Days in Fl. Camping world did not have it. All it took was a Philips screw driver, electrical tape, and a wire cutter.
