Triton V-10 performance programming

Anyone have experience in reprogramming a V-10 for better performance. To do, or not to do?

I would see how much a programmer is and see how much fuel savings you will have. If it offsets sure why not.


Also sometimes programmers may have bugs in the software. Usually not too much.

Check out 5-Star Tuning. There are plenty of threads here on their results. They are also one of the iRV sponsors and have a special RV tuning program (and possible discount).

I had my 08 Southwind 32sv with a Ford V-10 chipped at Brazel RV Performance Center in Washington State. It was done more for performance than mpg. It did both. They where my choice for 2 reasons location and the fact they dyno the engine before and after so it is tuned to your unit and you can see the changes made. More has been spent for less results. It was worth it to me. gps
