Trying to find a Seimans Blower PM147 for dash

Have a 2000 Gulf Stream and I need to find a emplacement dash blower fan and can't find one anywhere. The original is a Seimans PM147. Can't find it, but others that would fit, but have entirely different elect. connections. any suggestions?

Have you taken the blower/fan assembly to an auto parts store to compare on the counter? Many pop up on a Google search. What electrical connections does your unit have? Often the variable speeds are handled by the dash fan switch and a resistor pack, only two wires to the actual fan motor, (+) and (-).

Many older Gulf Stream RVs used Evans Tempcon as HVAC units, you might check with them if still having issues.

The face plate matches in the auto parts store and the ones on line that come close, but the electrical in one pole. The electrical connection on the fan is a 2 prong male receptacle. I've spent hours searching the internet. May have to get one with the right face plate and figure out how to wire it.

In many applications the fan might be grounded through the mounting plate or plenum. Perhaps in your RV the plenum is plastic and doesn't have a ground connection to the motor. If that's the case, it's an easy fix, run the ground wire from the motor to a piece of grounded metal and a self tapping screw.

After looking and looking, I think I found one that will be a replacement for the Seimans (no Madonna reference). Thanks for your help.
