TST TPMS Strikes Again at National Rally!

Yes once again TST has proven that there is a company that cares about the consumer AFTER the sale. At the rally I finally got to meet Mike that has helped DW and I with the set up and any problems that we couldn't handle on our own. We never could get a reading from our inside duals that was accurate or no reading at all. Mike just came over to our coach, crawled under the rear duals, with a broken hand I might add, removed the defective valve extensions, installed brand new flo thru 507's, programmed the receiver then made sure I checked to insure all was well. That's customer service and thanked me as he bid farewell. Can't say enough good about TST!

Had two sensors that were not transmitting data. Sent them back and in return received two new ones. No charge. Oh, I was more than 1 year out of warranty. I'm a happy camper!

Mike just left my MH after fixing a small problem. Four years on the system and the product AND customer support is first class.

I have to jump on the Bandwagon here also.

Customer Service is 1st class, their product is pretty good too...I keep 10 of the pass through sensors going around in circles.

TST TPMS Strikes Again at National Rally!

Ditto, ditto, ditto. Two plus years and running fine. A few months ago the battery cover plate broke on one of my 10 flo-through sensors. They sent me a new sensor no questions no charge. Batteries spec'd to last one year have all gone 18-26 months-- I'll change the last one tomorrow. The worst thing I can say is that I wish I could turn down the alarm volume a bit.
