Turn signal beep

Did a quick search and could not find anything on my annoying turn signal beeping so am I the only one who hates the loud beep? Would love to find the wire and give it a snip. Sometimes when dw is sleeping I wont signal because the noise will wake her up and then there will be more noise

Turm it on and look for it, it looks like a smaller version of a backup alarm. It might take a bit more than snipping wires to uninstall it.......but should be a easy job. What chassis do you have?

Turn signal beep

Wow! never knew anyone who wanted to silence one! I just put one on my coach because I couldn't hear it and my wife always was saying "your turn signals are on". It's most likely a piezo buzzer someone added to the system, easy to install and would be easy to silence.
In fact, I have two more of the buzzers and I plan to put one on my Cherokee, can't hear that thing also, I'm half deaf!

Roadmaster chassis. I think some other important alerts use the same beep so I guess I will live with it. Its much louder then a cars turn signal beep. I guess the manufacturer assumes all motorhome drivers are deaf

Not sure about your coach but on a Tiffin product the beeper is adjustable to a certain degree. You can also wrap duct tape or put something similar around it to tone it down. The beeper looks like a button and is located underneath and behind the steering wheel. You may have a similar setup.

That alarm I would be ok with but this is the normal beep associated with each blink. It is silenced when the brake pedal is depressed.

Interesting. At a stop, my turn signal will beep 4 or 5 times and then stop. Initially I thought that it was broken, but it does it every time. Always beeps when I am moving.
