Turn signal issue

I have a 1989 komfort on a gm chassis.
I noticed tonight when the turn signal is off the left indicator is slightly dim. On the outside it's off. Not sure if there's something wrong with the turn signal lever or bulb. Theyou both work when I turn them on.

If you notice the indicator is on when the park lights are on, you did say, " tonight" , you can have a bulb or a socket ground problem with the front light assembly; causing a cross feed of power.
The indicators are attached to the front light circuit , so they don't light up with the brake lights.
