Turn signal side cameras
Has anyone installed aftermarket lane cameras? I can't even find any online.

Thanks don't know why I couldn't bring anything up? I think I may have left out the word side. I'll keep looking around. Probably will need a separate monitor because the OE monitors probably won't accept additional cameras. Has anyone installed any?

I think if you already have a rear camera it would depend on the system itself whether it would accept additional cameras. I would check the owners manual for that particular system to see if cameras can be added. I also suspect that you may have to switch to the camera you wish to view because an add on system probably won't be activated by the turn signal.

Goggle RV back up cameras I have found 3 camera systems in the $500 range just can't find them today but I'll keep looking

In my opinion turn signal side cameras are a waste and annoying. I disconnected mine after about 5000 miles.

I did not disconnect mine by I find that I rely on the mirrors. You can see more of the blind spot with the cameras if they are position correctly. I think they are a nice addition but for me not a necessity.

I am not sure of the brand but I bought and installed the complete system on mine when the Weldex failed. It came from Amazon around $550. It came with everything needed to install. It was not too bad to install took about 4 hours I used the existing cable to the rear camera. The side cameras are mounted up front so running the cables was not bad. The mirrors are still what I use mainly but the cameras are good to have when towing.

I replaced my whole system 3 cameras and a 10" monitor, Ebay leviathon holdings.
I like the turn signal display.

I agree with previous comments, that side view cameras don't help a lot. I find I can rely on my mirrors a lot more. By the time you put on your turn signal, & the camera switches from rear to side view, you are needing to make your move. Only time they are of value is if someone is right up front by your entry door. It would be better if they had a split screen so that all 3 positions are up on the monitor at all times.

I have access to all kinds of cameras (in security business) but after driving a MH that had the side view I opted not to install them. Instead I installed a 170 degree angle camera on the front right corner which provides a view downward to the tire, forward 10 feet, backward to the rear and side ward to the right for three lanes. It took a while to get used to the image but I can see the white line on the bottom and anything that is next to me on the right side. I use the old BW sony monitor and good for day or night. Cost of camera $225. This was a completely custom installation.
My next project is to install the BIRD VIEW CAMERA system for a 360 degree view all around the MH. that cost $800 from china.

Same here. I use the rear camera all the time, but use the mirrors for changing lanes and watching for traffic...never use the side cameras.
