TV mounts...

Does anyone know where I can find a fold up TV mount for a 50" TV? I need one that stores flat to the ceiling while in transit. I have seen them before I just cant find one that will hold over 40".

I submit that this idea is a very narrow market. If you want a pre-made motorized mount, be ready to open your wallet - wide.

But if you are handy, you could make a manual version with heavy piano hinge and latches...maybe use a gas strut to aid in lowering. Add a bit of trim and a nice fabric back to make it look nice

Best luck

I was planning on getting a manual version. I just have not been able to find any for this size TV. That is a good idea. I will look into building one myself. My guess is it wouldn't be very difficult to buy a wall mount and modify it. Thanks for the idea!
