Looking to upgrade to a flat screen tv. Looking for ideas to remove front trim piece without damaging it. Thanks.

I just replaced a 10 year old crt with a 32" flat lcd. I used the video on here from a few years back but it was a Sea Breeze LX like mine. I rebuilt the oak frame around the tv and the metal cage that held the 90 lb crt to accommodate a wall mount kit for a lcd. Video was detailed and great.
