Unbelievable Customer Service
We hear so many stories about bad service nowadays, I was blown away by the service from Optronics.
I had broken a couple of 3 1/16" frosted halogen Lens while testing LEDs in my bath. After a long internet search, I found a site that had what might have been the right lens at $7.50 but I wasn't sure, since I had no part number. Then I remembered some info I had saved from fellow forum member, Mike Canter, concerning Optronics at 1.800.826.5483. They had been helpful in supplying him with the larger frosted lens cover. I contacted a young lady at Optronics and with my description of the frosted lens, she came up with the right lens part number 80100152B and informed me they were $2 something apiece. In order to have some spares, I ordered 6 of them but when I gave her my shipping address, she said that she wasn't going to charge me for the parts because she knew how much trouble monaco owners had encountered after the Monaco bankruptcy.
7 days later, I received the correct lens covers with no charge for parts or shipping. Can you believe service like that?
