Unbelievable Customer Service

We hear so many stories about bad service nowadays, I was blown away by the service from Optronics.
I had broken a couple of 3 1/16" frosted halogen Lens while testing LEDs in my bath. After a long internet search, I found a site that had what might have been the right lens at $7.50 but I wasn't sure, since I had no part number. Then I remembered some info I had saved from fellow forum member, Mike Canter, concerning Optronics at 1.800.826.5483. They had been helpful in supplying him with the larger frosted lens cover. I contacted a young lady at Optronics and with my description of the frosted lens, she came up with the right lens part number 80100152B and informed me they were $2 something apiece. In order to have some spares, I ordered 6 of them but when I gave her my shipping address, she said that she wasn't going to charge me for the parts because she knew how much trouble monaco owners had encountered after the Monaco bankruptcy.
7 days later, I received the correct lens covers with no charge for parts or shipping. Can you believe service like that?
So a big Thanks to Optronics and to Mike Canter for keeping us informed.

That sure sounds like the old days gone by,sure don't see that level of service much anymore.I do have to give a shout out for Barker Industries(portable waste tank company) I needed parts for a 8 year old tank and the same thing free parts,and shipping.Just a couple positive costumer service encounters.

I do have the same comment with the Brake Buddy people.
They sent me loaner during the repair and fix it at N/C
