so I'm undecided,

gas or diesel, front engine or rear, does it need new tires at five years or seven years and what brand. slides or no slides, aqua hot or not, aluminum or fibreglass roof, carpet, tile or hardwood, what size generator, what make of chassis and or house, tag or no tag, residential or norcold, amish or oem cooling units,

how long would this thread be?

Find a floor plan you like and a lot of your questions will be determined for you by the manufacturer. Is that floor plan offered in deisel or gas? What's you budget? You can only order a la cart if your having it custom built. How will you be using it -- part-time, full-time, a weekend here and there? It is helpful to answer these questions and give us that info so everyone can better help you. All of these answers will help you answer your questions.

Selecting a MH is a fun journey. Don't over complicate it. It's like eating an elephant . . . one bite at a time.

Just take baby steps and remember to B-R-E-A-T-H-E!

I don't think Moxy was being serious.......just saying too many threads where the op is way too vague for us to give specific answers. The search function would show many threads for each of Moxy's " questions "
