Upgrading coach

Our first big trip of 1,600 miles went great. But we learned our coach didn't have some of the features we wanted for long term winter travel. So we sold the 2005 Gulfstream and are now looking for a 42-45 footer with tag axle, aqua hot, 10 airbags, washer and dryer not combo. Really like the front kitchen as well. Looking for used about 5 years old. Would love good suggestions of places to look, coaches people might recommend, We have learned so much from the good people on this site. Help us find the perfect coach! Thanks all

Here is a site that we used to help find what we were looking for and also most important, what we did Not Want. $150 well spent, IMHO,,,

Hi Dave and Cathy,

You might consider something a little older and consider one of the Monaco and sister ships, Holiday Rambler and Beaver. There are some great coaches at very good prices that would get you what you want.

We are very happy with our choice and have been fulltiming for a little over one year. The S-chassis is an outstanding chassis.

Stuart

Why 10 airbags? That really limits your search

Don, It was our understanding that more airbags make the coach ride better and improve maneuverability with the computerized system in emergency. Is that not correct? we are still learning so any knowledge others give us is great!
