US Warranty Extended Warranty Question

Folks Doing my due diligence on extended warranties and have boiled it down on paper to United States Warranty Corporation. What I like is that the broker who sells the warranty also handles any claims you may have. Contract offers a $100 deductible and similar coverage as the others but for less dollars. Now I need your feedback on anyone who has had a good or bad experience with these folks. Appreciate your help.

Good experience but my policy expired in 2006 so the info is somewhat stale.

I did learn that to get full reimbursements one must call them first for their recommendation BEFORE selecting a vendor for repair.

mrock, there are a few of us shopping for extended warranties at the same time as you and have done some due diligence on Whoelsale Warranties and ACC Warranty. You may want to read through the threads here and in the general discusion section. Have you checked with them for a comparable quote? If so, can you tell me how they stacked up against US? We are looking for exclusionary coverage, consequential damage coverage, seals and gasket coverage, and tire, towing and trip coverage. I have not checked with US, but also got a quote from Good Sam and it was very high.

Just got a quote from Katie for their exclusionary policy and it was $700 more than ACC with a $200 deductible for 2 years.

That seems too low, although you have a 24 ft 2012 rig. Can you pass on their phone number? It's worth a try. I'm headed south in a week to Hilton Head... About 1000 miles each way. I signed up with Good Sam this week for their Gold plan with every optional coverage. It's expensive, but I can pay monthly and cancel whenever I want. This gives me the peace of mind to make the trip and know I'm covered... And still shop around.

Sure can. Their # is 916-378-4729. My unit is a 2012 with 577 mi. on it so that may be why it is low. They don't have consequential coverage so it is a deal breaker. Have a great trip!

I 'm shopping extened warranty again now that my Cornerstone has expired ! NO COMPLAINTS THERE BUT VERY EXPENSIVE NOW THAT MY 2009 HOLIDAY RAMBLER by MONACO COACH IS 4 YRS. OLDER . I'M CONSIDERING US WARRANTY EAGLE PLAN THROUGH RVng SOLUTIONS. A 5YR PLAN WITH CONSEQUENTIAL COVERAGE AND A $100 DEDUCTIBLE FOR $4950. I'M COMPARING US WARRANTY AGAINST WHOLESALE WARRANTY'S VIKING PLAN WHICH IS BIT MORE EXPENSIVE BUT SO MUCH LESS THAN GOOD SAM ! I'VE CHECKED INTO MANY OTHER PLANS BUT ACC I'VE NEVER HEARD OF ? ALSO, HAS ANYONE HEARD OF RV CHAMPION ? I WILL APPRECIATE ALL FEEDBACK ON EXTENDED WARRANTY . THANX
