Used purchase price list

I'm sure there are many on here looking for their next used DP like I am.
I've encountered a wild variety of prices in my search so far, and some very grumpy sellers, at least they're grumpy the moment I ask if they'll take less than asking for their beloved DP.

I'm always amazed at the prices I see on PPL's sold list, and I'm wandering why we don't share this info here. Obviously I recognize that sale price and condition go hand in hand, so let's have a scale of 1-10 that we rate the coaches.

1 junk yard or parts only
5 needs repairs, has body/roof damage, smells inside
10 perfect, all wear items are new, never stored outside, never lived in

I would think most coaches that look good, don't have damage or smells, and have a good maintenance history would be considered 7 or 8s.

I'll start, not with a coach I bought, but one I know of that sold recently.

2005 Fleetwood Discovery 39L, Cat C7, Jan 2017
Condition 7
70k miles
$55,000 CDN

Great point Mr_D!

We need dates as well, if not within the last couple months.

What time frame are you looking for, coaches sold/bought within the last 6 months to a year???

In my case I bought our 2002 Monaco Windsor in late 2008 so the coach was 6 years old. It had 58K miles on it and I would rate it a 8-9 as far as condition. MSRP $240K, I paid $67K caveat is that it was a repo.

I think the last 2 years will be most relevant. But it certainly can't hurt to have a value from further back.

Also, the original sticker price since they are all over the place depending on the base and accessories added.

Found for friend. 11/16 2005 40' Fleetwood Revolution LE 1 1/2 bath model. C-9 400 HP Cat, 36k miles, I would rate 8-9 $88k at a dealer in Arizona.

I think it needs to be stated if dealer or private party

Yes, good point, dealer, consignment or private.

Don't include taxes or other state/provincial fees, just the purchase price.

The Discovery I posted above was private.

2002 Safari Trek 2830 on P32 platform
bought first of Nov 2016
75,000 miles paid $20,500

call it an 8, would be a 8.5 or 9 except for poor quality paint touch up on rear bumper and repair below passenger window (color and texture of paint does not match), estimate to have redone right is $1,100 which I plan to get done this spring. Likely spent most of its life until 2-3 years ago indoors based on overall paint condition and mural on back, $10,000 worth of parts added since 2014 (new carpet, captain seats, sofa, flat tv, Dometic fridge, tires, batteries, 400 watts of solar, 2000 watt sure sine inverter, charger, trac bar, safe-t plus, 2 new SS bellcranks, ...)

Blemishes inside include things like a small nail hole in the woodwork above the fridge, and a slightly visible bulge / sag in the corian kitchen counter if you put a level on it, oh and the shower host does not match the color of the faucet, and the TV cabinet that was cut down to fit a modern flat panel could have been done more professionally if you look closely at the cuts.
