Vac lines

I noticed a yellow and red vac?line with molded plug hanging behind my right front wheel .. the red line has by the looks been melded into and the yellow still attached ..My problem is where does this plug into?? there seems to be a spot on metal vac tube that runs the length of the engine right side. I took doghouse off and have been looking for a place for this..any help please
