We have a Pace Arrow with 2 toilets hence we have the Vacu Flush system. The toilet seats have a gasket or seal around the bottom of the seat and lid sealing the toilet off.
We have experienced a bluish grey residue on the seats after travelling for awhile, 2 hours or more. it is like a powder but somewhat difficult to remove from the seat.
Would appreciate any input as to what is going on here.

we have a bounder 35 K with two toilets. I have not seen any residue. I don't have a seal on the toilet seats. Just the seal in the bottom of the toilet.

We also have two toilets. One a 12 volt macerator other Thetford porcelain bowl with the coach vacu flush. Unfortunately I'm not any help to you in fact I've never heard of what your describing? Could the residue be the enzyme additive for the black tank? BTW:

I have attached a photo of the seat to show what it looks like after travelling.
This trip was only about 1 1/2 hours, this event doesn't occur every time we take a trip, but about 1/3 of the time.
There was nothing added to the water in the toilet at the time and because it is under vacuum I cant see where ant contaminant would come from.

Sorry I can not help. My system must function differently. I don't have a seal on the toilet lid.

Same here! I've not seen this system, not that I'm an expert on vacu flush. It appears that perhaps the residue may be from friction causing the seal to leach off?

My best guess is there is something leaching out of the toilet lid seal, try to remove the seal and inspect the sealing surfaces and the seal itself, you may have to replace the seal..
