Personally, I try to keep our speed around 62 mph and never exceed 70. I think you are asking for trouble doing 75 mph. Take a look at the rating of your tires. My guess is that they are not rates over 70 mph.

I had the stainless extenders on my previous couch and the crimp at the inner end cracked and fell off
I have used the dually extended valve stems on that mh and have put them on my current mh and have not had any problems with either set
