They have the inserts for the wheel and they also sell great quality one piece valve extensions. Give them a call - they are very helpful.

If you buy good ones and install them right, they are perfect. No troubles for me on 4 MHs in over 23 years, no miss, no fuss. They sell a lot of the good ones for good reasons.

Just saw them yesterday at Camping World in Ft. Meyers, FL.
They sell the extensions and the rubber grommets.
All kinds of extensions.
If you have a CW close, check there.

I have a 2005 Workhorse chassis, W24, with 22.5x6.75 wheels. There are four holes in the outer wheel and they are oblong (egg shaped). They measure approximately 3.5 in long and 2.5 in wide. Has anyone ever used these products and where can I get the egg shaped ones? HELP!

Well Sir,
If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, they are what you see in the pictures below. They are "wheel specific" though. In other words, you do have to know which model wheel and, part number as, there are different styles of holes in different model wheels. For instance, my wheels are Accuride and, they're Freightliner specific for certain year Winnes and Itascas.
However, I have two others, shown in the pics too that I cannot use. If they'd work for someone, I'd make a heck of a deal.

Thanks, I'm going to try that today. I'm taking the wheel cover with me that way I can make sure I get ones that fit.

I have heard that the extensions get cut by the hub cap's which I have. They are bolted on and then the center black cap gets screwed into the hub cap.
I have to remove the Hub Caps every time I need to check the air. What should I be looking for?
Here are some Pics to show what I am up against.
Thanks,
Tim

I use the small "foam tube floats".. The tubes you slice to put on the edges of slide outs.. My wheels have the round holes and the small tube fits snuggly.. My foam tubes have a hole down the middle.. Some are solid.. You need the hole in the middle..
Push the tube into the hole, in the wheel, over the valve extension.. till it won't go any further.. Mine extensions extend out of the outer wheel about an inch. Pull the tube back about an inch and cut off.. Push back in.. You are done.. Your inners won't slow leak anymore.. if you're lucky.. They stay in place and work.. Get a bit dirty, but you only see the small piece sticking out of the hole in the wheel.. Good luck..

That's the best solution so far. Thanks.

No luck at CW. They didn't have anything that would fit. I emailed the manufacturer again to see if they can help. I can't find any part number on my rim. Either it's on the back or under the lugnut ring.

Here is a rubber stopper and set screw collar solution for round holes. Parts from ACE Hardware. Buy a stopper that is slightly larger than the hole , and a set screw collar that fits snug on the stem .The hard part is drilling a correct angle hole in the stopper. Buy an extra one for figuring that out. These stay put nicely.

Talk to Bill (DuallyValve) 800-300-2674 X101. They have rubber inserts to stabilize the valve stems.
