It will be easier to help you if we know a bit more about your RV. Make, model, year etc.

The air ducts are "channels" built-in to the multi-layer roof system.
If there are vents that do not have air flow, there is probably some foreign matter in the duct.
-To clear the vents, start at the AirCon end and snake the channel to clear any blockage.

The windshield is bonded to the fiberglass cap before assembly (no rubber seal or add'l frame).
-Cracks in the windshield could be caused by temperature shifts, impacts, and/or flexing. Address this as you would any new car with a bonded windshield.

These designs are common to several brands, as are the repair options

Is the RV under warranty, so the dealer can help?

Best luck

Are you sure they are not intakes? Some manufacturers are building AC systems that have air exhaust on one side of the coach and the other side are air return.

+1... all current Tiffins are built this way. Place something lightweight like a tissue near the ducts that don't appear to be working and see if they are sucking. (WARNING: you may have a filter behind the grilles if they are intake ducts, but if you cannot see the filter, be careful that you do not let the tissue get sucked into the ducts).
