I'm trying to have my DP inspected for the first time and trying to figure out where to take it in the Spring Tomball area. I would appreciate any suggestions.

In Texas you can take it to most anyone who inspects vehicles. I even took my DP to the local Ford dealer a couple of years ago. Do not know about your state.
Just ask around close to where you live. About 1 of 4 refused for various reasons, but the next stop was successful. I do not know about the emissions testing.
If you are in the Conroe Texas area, I had my coach inspected today, took next to no time and I was on my way. Had it done at Milstead Automotive in Conroe.
