You didn't say if you have steel or aluminum wheels, if they are steel there is a good chance they are not true and could be part of your problem. I had a 2001 ford chassis MH for awhile and it vibrated too. I found that half of the steel wheels (19.5") were over 0.06" out of round. I ended up selling it before dealing with the wheels and vibrations.

My father always told me "the cheapest insurance you can buy.. is good tires"

While not exactly "cheap"... if it were me, I would bite the bullet and purchase new, high quality tires.
