I have a 2012 Thor A.C.E., that has had issues from day 1, the leveling system, was leaking fluid, Giant RV in Ca replaced manifold and pump under warranty, Thor paid them for 31/2 hrs labor. The system after being repaired kept leaking and blowing hose, Thor even tho it was out of warranty did send approximately 4 hoses. None of the RV dealers could solve the problem, Rupes Hydraulics did after many hours of investigation, The unit Giant Rv installed was the wrong unit, Thor now says I am S.O.L. even tho it was a continuing problem, Buyer beware when dealing with Thor

Sorry that you're having all the issues. Sounds like you need to have your attorney write Thor a letter! Keep her between the ditches!

There's the problem, that puts it out of Thor's hands to fix and up to Giant RV to make it right.

we also have an ACE but it is a 2013 29.2. We have had to deal many times with Thor and Camping World to get things fixed. We learned that the process includes notifying each about whatever issue we are having and waiting for the merry go round call backs to have things taken care of. It took from Nov 11, 2015 until January 21, 2016 to have our hydraulic jack pump replaced because it failed.
hope you purchased an extended warranty.
