Washer/Dryer

Do they make any gas models with washer/dryer hookups?

I don't know why they would not, the only thing they need is 120V and a hot and cold water supply. You could add one if you had a spot for it, cutting the hole for the vent might be the most challenging thing.

If you mean gas MH's with washer dryer hookups yes. Our National Dolphin LX had a washer dryer combo. We had to give up four drawers in the space but it was designed either for W?Dryer or cabinet at the buyers choice.

If you mean do they sell gas dryers for MH's i have never heard of that and would doubt it.

Winnebago Adventurer or Itasca Suncruiser. We love ours with stackable washer/dryer.

My 2007 Suncruiser has the washer/dryer combo and it gets used everyday.

Our Thor Challenger 37TB was prepped for a W/D and we installed a Splendix 2100. Love it.

Challenger will accommodate a stackable washer and dryer - much more efficient than the combination.

Our 2008 Georgetown had a space (and I think hookups) for a combo unit, and according to Forest River, some Georgetown models still have that option.

As you can see from the replies, YES. Lot's of them.

It's really dependent only on the floor plan including space that could be used for that, though it may be an option. Typically you lose closet or drawer space to include a washer/dryer.

Usually the RV requires 50A shore power as well, Strictly speaking it is not a requirement, but for practical purposes you would need more than 30A shore power when the dryer is running.

Challenger 37TB - only combination

Bronk - that is true in most Challengers but NOT true in the 37TB (at least in our experience). The bunk beds take away the additional space required for the stack.

However, we really like the ability to start the load up and let it run without moving the clothes from washer to the dryer. So we are very happy with our 2100C - it is fully vented so it works much better than the unvented.
