Sprayaway glass cleaner in the cleaning section at Home Depot. I spray the foam on the windshield after setting up in camp and it cleans those bugs away from the glass and the front cap. just spray a little area at a time and you can wipe it right off. NO STREAKING>

Easiest way by far :

1. Find Professional Truck washing establishment
2. Pay money ( in my case 50 to wash rv another 50 to wash roof and wax entire rv
3. Leave waiting room stop to marvel that there are no more bugs and how good the RV looks
4. Drive off
Optional: Read interesting magazines while waiting in waiting room

When I reach my campsite, I just use a half bucket of water and a scrub pad with a wet small absorbent towel followed up with a drying towel and give the front of the MH a sponge bath. When you pull out your hose and start squirting is when they bust you.

Haven't tried it, but they say dryer sheets work good on love bugs.

$100 for wash and wax and roof cleaned? What size RV do you have and where is this truck stop. I would love for someone to do that to my 41' DP for $100

If I could find ANYONE to wash and wax my rig for even $200. I would be jumping for joy.... Everyone around here (western Wa.) wants $600. ++++ to do it. If they can fit you into their schedule.

I use a good quality Carnauba wax on the front cap and after polishing glass with 0000 steel wool and apply 2 coats of RainX. Just a regular wash brush on a pole takes them right off because they don't stick !

since wash-wax-all are sold by independent dealers, can anyone suggest someone they deal with they would recommend. I know they are at the Winnebago rally next month and sell the kit at a good discount, but I cant be there this year.

thanks in advance
