I have 2016 Fleetwood Bounder, the 4 way water valve failed with in 6 months. Called tech troubleshooting line & agreed was valve, called Fleetwood & they sent me new valve that I put on. Had to pay foe everything up front, But Fleetwood sent check for total amount.

Great. Good to know about Anderson brass. So far Fleetwood has been good, wish dealer was as good. In for another warranty repair, been there 2 weeks now & so far no end date.

That valve labeled "normal", "tank", and "sanitize" is probably where the problem is. In normal mode, it's supposed to feed the plumbing but NOT go into the tank. Turning it to tank lets you use city pressure to fill the tank.

I have a feeling the valve is bad and is letting a trickle of water go to the tank while in the normal position. Again, it's NOT supposed to. If it is, then the overflow line will have water coming out of it.
