Water flow.....
There is a drain pipe behind the water holding rank on our 2016 Bounder we just got, no matter what setting I put the dial on at the water fill board, water continually comes out of this drain. Any ideas?

The drain valve is obviously not closing. Make sure the handle is actually turning the valve itself, the splines in the handle may be stripped out. Try removing the handle and inspecting the splines, then try turning the valve with something that doesn't chew up the splines, such as padded pliers. If that fails you will have to replace the valve.

There isn't a vavle or handle on this pipe, it is like an overflow

Two possibilities come immediately to mind:
1. There will be a tank drain valve, make sure that is closed. It's probably a pvc valve and the handle should be cross-wise to the pipe.
2. The low point drain valves may be open.
Hope this is this simple.

the low point drain handle is the CHROME handle, not the Anderson valve handle

Are you sure it's not your low point drain? Does your tank hold water or is it being overfilled? If it's being overfilled then the problem is with the fill valve if you have one. The only time you would get water coming out of the overflow hose is obviously when the tank is full. If you are connected to city water and you get continuous overflow you have a bad fill valve, check the same things I said before.

Thanks for reply, but no valve, it is like an overflow, and low points are not where it is located

Not the low point valves, problem is I believe and overflow drain from the holding tank.

Are you saying that there is no tank drain valve? I believe there has to be one. Another possibility is that the tank is overfilled an the water is siphoning out the overflow. Thanks s that possible?

Are you connected to a water supply with a hose now?
Do you have a fill valve, is fresh water tank full and now exiting vent hose?
This just happened with another user here on IRV2.

If you are hooked up to City water, them your city fill valve (the black handle in your pic) is leaking, and overflowing your tank.

fresh water tanks will have a vent line. If the tank fills up, the vent line will let water out of the tank. It is possibly for that line to start siphoning water out of your tank, especially if you overfilled the tank.

there is a drain valve for the potable water tank, nut that is not where the problem is, it is a continuous flow from over flow tube
