Question Water From Slide Out.

It has not rained and the coach has not been cleaned in more than two weeks. Slide has been opened and close numerous times in past two weeks. Took a 140 mile trip when the slide out was extended about 2 cups of water came off slide out? Extended the slide and retracted no more water. Drove 140 miles home, extended slide and more water came off slide, there was no rain during the trip. I had the wife extend and retract the slide while I was on the roof, it appeared to be a little damp on the top of the cover near the center as it was extending. When we purchased the rv (Used 2012 Thor Hurricane 32A) the slide topper was off and had to be replaced. I am guessing that the reason it was off was because of the problem I am having. Any ideas would be appreciated. Also air conditioning was not run during this period

I have been scratching my head since reading your post. If there has been no rain, no melting snow, and no AC condensation on the roof to run into the slide topper, the only other thing I can imagine is dew. I live in south Florida near the coast and every morning we have enough dew to think it had rained. Sorry, no definitive answer, just a guess. Good luck.

I noticed some loose areas in the TPO roof could ac condensation be getting trapped under there and forced out while driving?

Mine does not have drain lines from the ac units so the water comes off where ever it wants too-including the slide toppers.

We have an 2004 Monaco there is a channel around the slide i have had water collect in there and stay awhile then when we put the slide in get some water coming off top of slide. Not sure your design is the same,we just keep 2 bath towels and wipe the top of slide if need be.
Water can come from many places ,some time it drives you nuts.
P.S. I did replace the rubber around the slide and that helps a lot.
