Since you have left over Eternabond, many run it over the endcap seams. Front & rear.

That Eternabond tape is amazing. So many different things it can be used on. I repaired a 6" crack on the front of one of my a/c covers. Put a piece on the under side of the a/c cap and the crack hasn't gotten any bigger and is holding up just fine. Doesn't hurt to some left over for the next project. One things about it, it won't go bad on you.

If it ever quits raining here in Portland, i need to repair one more leak. I believe it is where the front cap/roof/gutter meet. the front cap to roof seem has dicor on it. I plan to clean the caulk, & dicor off and use eternabond.. Question, how easy will the dicor come off, any suggestions?
