Is it just cold water that you have in the shower? If it is both you may have a shut off valve that is closed. The faucet may be broken or the shower head is plugged up.

Most modern RV's have a mixing valve usually located behind the shower wall. It is very similar to the ONE valve you have in your stick and brick shower. If that mixing valve is defective you will probably only get either just hot or just cold. If you turn it all the way to hot, you will get just hot water. If you turn it all the way to cold, you won't get any thing.

With the symptoms you described, it's almost surely not a system problem. If you have a single lever/handle faucet in the shower, the cold side of that is clogged or failing. If separate hot & cold faucets, the cold one is bad. There is a slim possibility that something has happened to the cold water feed line to the shower faucet, but that is really rare once the original construction is finished. There isn't much that can happen to kink a water line after that.

This may sound strange, but go outside to your outdoor shower head and make sure the valves are closed,

That would apply IF water at inside shower was WARM of COOL due hot/cold water mixing together because shower is NOT turned off at faucet but jst on shower handle.

But it will not stop COLD water flow thru inside shower.

Faulty faucet ............
Need to disassemble and see if repair or replacement is necessary

I have a hot water bypass valve in my MH used for winterizing. When I turn this valve to winter my cold water does not work in the shower. I discovered when they plumbed my MH the cold water shower line was placed in front of this valve. Because of the placement and lack of access to this I have left it and I just know I have to work around it when winterizing. When valve is set to normal everything works perfect.

Not sure this is your problem but thought it was worth mentioning.

Good luck.
