I usually put my pressure regulator at the end of the hose, on the inlet to the coach. Small increase in flowing pressure if the park has low flow issues upstream of the spigot.
If the problem is on the park side, I have filled my water tank and turned on the onboard water pump to supplement the pressure/flow from the park. You may want to try this as well if the above suggestions (screens, regulator, etc) do not resolve the problem. It may simply be a park supply flow problem.
My thoughts,
Brian
EDIT: I am assuming the low pressure problem occurs with both hot and cold. If it just occurs with hot, there "may" be additional things to troubleshoot.
