I believe you have the answer from previous responses. There is a leak somewhere after the pump causing it to cycle. Go back and read the post by Old-Biscuit, especially the third *. You mentioned your tank level has dropped. That's a lot of water going somewhere and if you cannot find it from a wet spot in your rig, it very well may be in the black holding tank via the toilet valve, as suggested. What is the level of your black tank? Has it changed? I cannot imagine that amount of water leaking from the fresh tank and not appearing either on the ground or as some very, very wet spot within the rig.

UPDATE #2 on the water leak.

FOUND THE ISSUE!

I was determined to find out where the water was going so I went and pressurized the system today and there was a small drip coming from the hose in the outside shower!! I turned the shower faucet on and used the sprayer. At that point that small drip became a fine powerful stream/spay of water out of the shower hose.

$15 bucks at Ace Hardware and I will replace it tomorrow and test. I also cleaned the check valve at the city water connection so we will see if my water pump stays silent and that was the cause.

Again, thank you everyone for taking the time to respond to my post. I try to respond but only if I know without a doubt I am right, which means not very often, but I really enjoy learning about my 2000 Southwind and most importantly, saving the $120/hr labor rate!!

Heading out for two weeks this Friday and will start in the Bay Area and make it down to Palm Desert to visit my old man.

Safe travels everyone!

Question....If its my check valve on pump, will my pump only cycle to build back pressure when NOT hooked up to city water?

When not hooked to city water my pump cycles for a second every 47 seconds, but when I am hooked up to city water I dont have the pump cyclying. Also I noticed when the sink is running, the pump will slow and go back to normal speed and sound as does the water pressure.

I just noticed this and want to fix it but running out of trouble shooting thoughts. Does this sound like the check valve or?
If there is no leak, try putting a check valve inline with the pump.
If that doesn't get it, try putting one inline with the shore water inlet.
Our old coach did this and had to blame it on back up in the shore hose, which I left connected at all times and rolled up in the compartment.
I'm saying this because I never could find another answer.

It certainly appears that you found the issue, but I am a bit puzzled and maybe you can explain.

Everything you've described about the outside shower makes sense as a cause for the cycling of the pump--not the hole in the hose, but the leaking shower valves that allow water into the hose (unless you leave the valves open and simply shut the sprayer off via the push button--not recommended IMO.)

What puzzles me is where is the water that you lost out of your tank? You never mentioned water under your coach or water pooled in the wet bay, was that just an oversight? I definitely got the impression that you had searched and found no water anywhere, inside or outside, and that your fresh tank had a significant volume of water before it drained down.

Again, this is just something that doesn't add up from your previous posts and I'm curious if I missed something or there was, indeed, water found that was simply not mentioned.

That's what I was thinking! The pump seals are failing.

Glad you found it and it wasn’t leaking anywhere inside the coach. I had the same problem except it was my toilet very slowly allowing water into the bowl. That was easier to identify since the toilet bowl would slowly fill with water. Replaced the solenoid valve and it’s all good now.
